- Job Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Pass journal entries and maintain general ledger.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor invoices and customer billing.
- Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and daily cash transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in GST filing, TDS deduction, and return filing.
- Support payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.
- Monitor inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Assist internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
