Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our jewellery retail chain in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom floor operations, leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily showroom floor operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Drive the achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
- Support the sales team in customer engagement, product presentation, and sales conversion.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and management team on sales and operational activities.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Train and coach sales executives to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Track team performance and prepare sales reports as required.
- Ensure high standards of showroom cleanliness,



discipline, and customer service.
- Candidate Requirements2–15 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, fashion retail, premium showroom sales, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in a Floor Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, or similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of jewellery products and retail operations will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery chains are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
