Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers/clients to collect outstanding payments as per assigned routes or lists.
- Ensure timely collection of dues through cash, cheque, or digital payment methods.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all collections.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain daily reports of collections, pending cases, and customer interactions.
- Deposit collected cash/cheques to the company as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts/sales) for reconciliation and updates.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining company reputation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance during collections.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in field collections or recovery roles.
- Familiarity with local routes and areas.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet collection targets.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
