Salary and Benefits:

- Fixed salary during probation: ₹20,000 per month
- Probation period: 3 months
- After probation: ₹20,000 fixed salary plus performance incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to develop business opportunities for our electrical trading, electrical panel manufacturing and MEP services.

This is a field-based role involving daily visits to prospective customers within the assigned Bengaluru territory.

Key Responsibilities: Visit electrical contractors, builders, MEP consultants, architects, facility managers, industries and commercial establishments.

- Introduce the company’s electrical trading, panel manufacturing and MEP services.
- Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities.




- Collect enquiries, BOQs, drawings and customer requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Coordinate with the internal estimation and technical teams for quotations.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and collect customer feedback.
- Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants and customers.
- Achieve daily visit and weekly lead-generation targets.
- Submit accurate daily visit and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned Bengaluru territory.
- Valuable communication and relationship-building ability.
- Fluency in Kannada.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Freshers with confidence and an interest in field sales may apply.
- Experience in electrical products, construction, MEP, industrial products or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Important: This is a field-sales position involving daily local client visits. Candidates interested only in office-based or Tele calling roles should not apply.
