Job Description
We are hiring a confident, empathetic and sales-oriented Female Patient Care Coordinator to handle patient enquiries and convert leads into consultations and treatment bookings.
Responsibilities
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM leads and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand patient concerns and explain consultation, treatment,
preparation and recovery processes.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments and bookings.
- Maintain accurate updates in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, counselling, telesales or patient coordination.
- Healthcare, hospital, cosmetic surgery or aesthetic clinic experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and CRM software.
- Empathetic, presentable, responsible and self-driven.
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and Sunday working. Weekly off will be on a weekday.
