We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Hotel Engine (Flex) Process team. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in retention, recovery, collections, or upselling within the hotel (hospitality ) domain, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions related to retention, recovery, and collections
- Assist customers with queries and provide effective resolutions
- Drive upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction




- Ensure smooth communication with customers in a professional manner

Eligibility Criteri a:

- Graduate from any discipline
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required
- Experience in Retention / Upselling / Recovery / Collections is mandatory
- Candidates with Hospitality ( Hotel Industry ) background will be preferred
