RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global e-Invoicing & eDocument Compliance initiatives for a large enterprise transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance projects from planning through go-live and hyper care.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with Tax, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, ERP teams, and third-party vendors.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with global e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, VAT, SAF-T, and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation across multiple countries and regions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular project status updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:





- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology or compliance projects.
- Proven experience managing e-Invoicing and eDocument compliance initiatives.
- Experience working with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of global tax compliance frameworks such as PEPPOL, CTC, VAT, SAF-T, and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and project governance skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
