About the Role

We are looking for a talented 3D Architectural Modelling Artist with 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural modelling. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural drawings, excellent modelling skills, and the ability to create accurate, clean, and optimized 3D models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and accurate 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, PDFs, and design references.
- Develop detailed models for residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use projects.
- Maintain clean topology and optimized geometry for production workflows.
- Collaborate with texturing, lighting, and rendering teams to deliver high-quality visual outputs.
- Ensure models meet project quality standards and timelines.
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections,



and construction drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project files and adhere to company modelling standards.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in 3D Architectural Modelling .
- Robust knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max .
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Experience in modelling residential and commercial projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Corona Renderer or V-Ray workflow.
- Experience working on high-rise, villa, township, or commercial projects.
- Basic understanding of texturing and rendering workflows.
- Experience working in an architectural visualization (ArchViz) studio is highly preferred.
