Our tax consultancy firm is hiring a full-time Accountant to manage GST return filing and reconciliations across our client portfolio.

· Preparing and filing GST returns for multiple clients, including GSTR-1/IFF, GSTR-3B, CMP-08, and the annual GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

· Carrying out reconciliations of GSTR-2B against the purchase register (ITC), GSTR-1 vs GSTR-3B vs books, and turnover reconciliation and resolving mismatches.

· Computing monthly GST liability, eligible Input Tax Credit, and RCM, and preparing challans for payment.

· Maintaining client books and accounting entries in Tally and keeping invoices and supporting records in order.

· Coordinating with clients to collect the data, invoices, and details required for timely filing.

· Assisting with e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance, GST audits, and data/reconciliation support for notices and departmental requirements.

₹20,000 – ₹23,000/- per month (CTC) (based on experience and skill level)

· Working knowledge of GST provisions relevant to returns, ITC,



and reconciliations.

· Hands-on experience with Tally (Prime / ERP 9) and the GST portal.

· Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, for handling reconciliations.

· Accuracy, attention to detail, and the discipline to meet recurring deadlines.

· Prior experience in GST return filing and reconciliations. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

· Practical familiarity with Tally and the GST portal is essential.

· This is a full-time, in-office position. Work from home/work from home cannot be accommodated at any point in time.

· A 3 month probationary period will apply, during which the firm reserves the right to terminate the association.

· The candidate must handle client data and financial records with strict confidentiality.
