About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Quant Research, Trading, Infrastructure, and Business Operations. The role requires robust project execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives in a fast-paced quantitative trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, trading, quant, and business teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.




- Improve project management processes and ensure effective documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience in technology or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tool.
- Experience in trading, fintech, or capital markets is preferred.
