We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive | Teregie (by Naatscorp)

Teregie is a premium ergonomic chair brand redefining how people sit, work, and live comfortably. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to be part of our growth story — someone who thrives on cold calls, loves the chase of lead generation, and knows how to close.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound cold calls and generate qualified leads across channels

Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive, self-starting approach

Build and maintain a strong, up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools

Ensure all sales processes, documentation, and follow-ups are current and accurate

Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the value of ergonomic, premium seating

Take full ownership of your targets and results — no hand-holding required

Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify high-potential leads

Gather customer and market feedback to help shape Teregie's growth journey

What We're Looking For:





0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales (freshers with the right attitude are welcome!)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

A go-getter attitude — someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told

Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes

Confidence in cold calling and handling objections

Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Basic proficiency with CRM tools/MS Office (training will be provided)

Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection — sales isn't always a straight line

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup workplace

A hunger to grow and build a career in sales
