Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual output of Proeze digital marketing function. This is a hands-on role where you will design everything from social media creatives and paid ad assets to corporate presentations and sales collateral — all aligned with our brand guidelines and B2B enterprise positioning. The ideal candidate is fast, self-directed, detail-oriented, and understands how design drives conversion in a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media creatives for , Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook — including static posts, carousels, and ad banners
- Create performance-focused digital ad creatives for Google Display, Ads, and Meta Ads — with variations for A/B testing
- Design brand and marketing collateral: corporate brochures, solution one-pagers, case study layouts, event materials, and email templates
- Produce sales enablement assets: pitch deck templates, proposal covers, infographics, and sales presentation visuals
- Maintain and evolve the clients visual brand system — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the content, SEO, and performance marketing teams to deliver design assets on time and within brief




- Manage multiple concurrent design projects with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct QA on all outgoing design assets before final delivery

Requirements

- 2–8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B technology, IT services, or digital marketing agency environment
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
- Robust proficiency in Canva Pro for rapid content production and templating
- Proven experience designing social media and digital advertising creatives at scale
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and brand consistency
- Experience working with brand guidelines and translating them into diverse creative formats
- Ability to independently interpret a creative brief and deliver compelling design without heavy supervision
- Figma knowledge is a plus — for UI-adjacent assets and designer-developer handoff
- Portfolio must demonstrate: social ad creatives, branded collateral, and presentation design

Nice to Have

- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with HTML email template design
