This is an entry-level launchpad — full training provided, minimal to no prior experience expected. Ideal for recent graduates and those with up to 6 months of experience who are starting their sales career.

What you'll do

- Reach out to US prospects via , email, and calls
- Build and qualify a pipeline of potential clients
- Schedule meetings for senior BD team members
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach activity

Who this is for

- 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates — any discipline
- 0–6 months of experience — freshers and very early-career candidates welcome
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, professional presence on calls and video
- Comfortable working the US night shift (IST evening/night)

Work setup

- Fully remote — work from anywhere in India
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, qualified work-from-home setup required
- Occasional travel: 2–5 times per year for team meetups, training, or client events (all expenses covered)

Compensation & benefits

- Fixed salary: Rs. 1,80,000 - Rs. 2,40,000 PA (based on assessment)
