About the role:

We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive to generate and close client projects through outreach. This is a pure commission role your earnings are directly tied to the deals you bring in, with no cap.

What you'll do:

- Identify and prospect potential clients (startups, small businesses, agencies) on who need website or app development
- Send personalized connection requests and messages from your own profile
- Qualify leads, understand their requirements, and set up discovery calls with our team
- Follow up with prospects and support the deal through to closing
- Maintain a simple record of leads, conversations, and pipeline status

What we offer:

- 15% commission on the value of every project you close — no earning cap
- For recurring/retainer clients, commission on the first 3 months of billing
- Commission paid within 7 days of client payment being received
- Fully remote, completely flexible hours — work whenever suits you




- Direct access to the founder; fast responses on proposals, pricing, and technical questions
- Strong portfolio and case studies to back your outreach

What we're looking for:

- Experience in IT services sales, Upwork/Freelancer bidding, or lead generation preferred
- Good written English and the ability to hold a professional sales conversation
- Basic understanding of websites and mobile apps (enough to discuss client needs — technical depth not required, we handle that)
- An active, credible profile of your own
- Honest, consistent, and comfortable with a performance-based structure

Important notes:

- This is a commission-only engagement (no fixed salary or retainer)
- Outreach must be manual and qualified — no automation tools or bulk spam
- A lead counts as yours from your first documented contact with the client
