Motion Graphic Designer (2–5 Years) – Job Description

We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling animation, visual storytelling, and thoughtful design. You have a strong eye for motion, timing, and detail, and you enjoy transforming static concepts into engaging digital experiences.

This role is for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is passionate about creating content that captures attention and drives impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital, social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account teams to develop compelling visual stories.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging motion content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit videos, animate graphics, and add sound, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Manage projects from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay up to date with design trends,



animation techniques, and emerging formats across digital platforms.
- Organize project files and ensure efficient workflows for revisions and final outputs.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- A robust portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing across multiple formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to balance creativity with speed and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity to experiment with new tools, formats, and creative techniques to continuously elevate the quality of work.
