Role Description The UGC Content Creator is a full time remote role responsible for producing engaging, authentic user-generated style content that showcases real event experiences, vendor services, and platform features. Day-to-day tasks include planning, scripting, and creating short-form videos and images for social media, collecting and repurposing content from customers and partners, and collaborating with marketing to align UGC with campaign objectives. The role involves actively researching trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, proposing new content concepts, and adapting them to the EventMadeEasy brand.



The UGC Content Creator will also help manage content calendars, ensure consistent brand messaging, and analyze performance metrics to refine future content.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in short-form video creation, filming, and basic editing for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience creating UGC-style content, including scripting, storytelling, and on-camera or voiceover presentation.
- Familiarity with social media trends, audience engagement techniques, and content optimization for different platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams, follow brand guidelines, and translate event planning features into compelling content.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and organizing content calendars with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and attention to detail in messaging and visual quality.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., platform insights) to review content performance and suggest improvements.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, influencer collaborations, or event-related industries is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in communications, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
