Role Overview & Flexibility

This is a 100% freelance contract opportunity focusing on Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI data annotation.

- Work on Your Own Terms: You have the absolute freedom to work as and when you wish, seamlessly fitting assignments around your life.
- Project-Based: Work assignment is flexible and dependent on pipeline volume and when the work is available.

Key Responsibilities

- Model Evaluation & Training: Critically analyze, rate, and improve AI model outputs across text, audio (voice synthesis/recognition), and video communication.
- Advanced Content Writing: Write high-quality, nuanced prompts and ground-truth responses to train AI models in sophisticated writing styles, tone, and grammar.
- Multimodal Review: Evaluate the emotional nuance, clarity, pronunciation, and conversational flow of AI-generated audio and video interactions.
- Error Identification: Detect subtle logical fallacies, grammatical errors, unnatural phrasing, or cultural misalignments in AI outputs.





What We Are Looking For (Advanced Standards)

- Advanced Communication Skills: Flawless, near-native to native-level mastery of English across Writing, Audio (Speech), and Video (Presence/Presentation).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to objectively critique language nuances, tone, intent, and context.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with AI tools, annotation platforms, and digital workspaces.
- Background in Linguistics, English Literature, Journalism, Communications, or ESL Training is highly preferred.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection, a high-quality webcam/microphone, and a private, quiet workspace.

⚙️ Onboarding Process & Compliance

2. Background Verification: A mandatory background check will be conducted for all candidates who clear the assessments.
