As an HDSL Drone Pilot, you will operate cutting-edge drone systems and become a core part of India's emerging aerial intelligence ecosystem—delivering precision services safely, efficiently, and professionally across the nation.
Domains We Serve
- Agriculture: Precision spraying, granule spreading, crop health monitoring, and NDVI mapping.
- ⚡ Energy & Utilities: Powerline monitoring, grid inspections, and renewable energy asset mapping.
- Industrial & Oil/Gas/Solar Inspection: Critical infrastructure, pipeline monitoring, and structural integrity assessments.

Key Responsibilities
- Mission Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end commercial drone operations, ensuring strict compliance with DGCA and Digital Sky requirements.
- Field Operations: Conduct high-precision drone services based on the domain, for example agricultural spraying, granule spreading, multi-spectral mapping, and industrial data collection.
- Flight Discipline: Perform rigorous pre-flight, in-flight,
and post-flight checklists; maintain meticulous logs of drone, battery, and payload health.
- Data Orchestration: Capture high-quality mission data and seamlessly upload deliverables through the proprietary HDSL platform.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the professional face of HDSL on the ground, interacting seamlessly with farmers, corporate clients, and regional field teams.
- Mobility: Travel extensively across diverse Indian geographies based on project and seasonal deployment schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) is highly preferred (or a robust willingness to undergo formal certification).
- Experience: Prior experience in one of the domains: agricultural spraying, GIS mapping, cinematography, or industrial inspections is an advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating mobile applications, cloud dashboards, and digital flight planning tools.
- Mindset: Safety-first approach, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to operate independently in remote field locations.
