We're a design and development agency that works with D2C brands, SaaS startups, and B2B companies — building everything from brand identities to high-performance websites. We're looking for a Junior Visual Designer who has a sharp eye, strong foundational skills, and genuine taste — someone who can tell the difference between "technically correct" and "actually good."

What you'll do

You'll work closely with our founder and team on brand identity projects — logos, visual systems, color palettes, typography pairings, brand guidelines, and packaging concepts. You'll go from moodboards to final deliverables, with real client work from day one.

We're looking for someone who

- Has 0–2 years of experience (strong personal/college projects count)
- Is genuinely skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — not just familiar, but comfortable building in them daily
- Understands logo construction, grid systems, and type hierarchy
- Has a portfolio that shows taste — clean, intentional work where every choice feels deliberate
- Can articulate why they made a design decision,



not just what they made
- Pays attention to the details others skip — kerning, alignment, color consistency
- Is curious about branding trends, design history, and visual culture
- Figma knowledge is a plus but not required — we'll get you up to speed
