Futurality is a demand-first AI/robotics modular housing startup headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. We manufacture complete housing unit sets and panels — turning housing into a manufacturing problem, solved at speed. We're an early-stage, fast-moving team, and this role works directly with the founders.

About the role

We're hiring an Operations Manager to run our daily execution engine — outreach, content, and PR operations — so the founding team can focus on partnerships and fundraising. This is a high-ownership role for someone who executes without reminders and treats AI tools as a core skill, not a novelty.

Responsibilities

- Run our daily outreach system: connections and messaging, email sequences, call scheduling, and pipeline tracking against weekly targets
- Draft and publish content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) — posts, newsletters, and outreach copy aligned to our messaging and voice
- Execute PR operations: monitor journalist request platforms, pitch trade publications, maintain media target lists, and track coverage
- Own cross-workstream task execution: follow-ups, document preparation, list building,



and meeting coordination
- Report progress weekly with clear metrics: conversations started, replies, meetings booked, content shipped

Requirements

- 2+ years in operations, marketing operations, or startup/agency execution roles
- Demonstrated skill using AI writing tools to produce polished, on-brand content quickly
- Strong expertise — connection strategy, engagement, and ideally Sales Navigator experience
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Self-directed and dependable — you close every loop without follow-up

Nice to have

- Exposure to real estate, housing, construction tech, or B2B outreach to nonprofits and institutions
- Experience with journalist platforms (Qwoted, Connectively) or PR workflows

Compensation

₹3 LPA to start (remote). Compensation revised at 90 days upon full time allocation, based on execution and results.
