Fundoo Tutor is a one-to-one online tutoring platform specialising in international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, SAT and AP.

We work with students from India and overseas and provide personalised academic support through experienced curriculum specialists.

We are looking for confident, responsible and hardworking interns to join our Admissions and Inbound Lead Management Team.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound enquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp.
2. Contact interested parents and conduct the first-level qualification call.
3. Understand the student’s:

- Curriculum




- Grade
- Subject
- Current performance
- Academic concerns
- Examination timeline
- Expected outcome

1. Explain Fundoo Tutor’s:

- One-to-one teaching model
- International curriculum expertise
- Tutor selection process
- Structured academic support system
- Demo class process

1. Schedule demo classes for suitable and interested leads.
2. Maintain accurate lead notes and update the CRM regularly.
3. Follow up with parents in a professional and timely manner.
4. Coordinate with the Admissions Team and Demo Scheduling Team.
5. Record all key details correctly before handing over the lead.
6. Handle basic parent questions and escalate complex concerns to the reporting manager.
