What You'll Do

• Discover and secure premium event venues across Kerala and beyond

• Negotiate with malls, convention centres, hotels, and venue owners

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion

• Work closely with vendors, sponsors, partners, and stakeholders

• Build systems and SOPs that make every event better than the last

• Ensure every visitor, vendor, and partner leaves with an unforgettable experience

✅ Comfortable travelling and working on-ground during events

✅ Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines

✅ Obsessed with details while never losing sight of the bigger picture

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in exhibitions, trade shows, shopping festivals, or event management

• Robust vendor, venue, or sponsorship network

• Knowledge of budgeting, logistics, and operations

• Leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate teams
