Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Engagement: Proactively follow up with warm leads provided by the company, ensuring timely communication and conversion.

- Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and pitch ADONMO’s DOOH advertising solutions to deliver tailored value propositions.

- Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups.

- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to educate potential clients about ADONMO’s capabilities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the sales funnel and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets.

- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,



and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

- 0-1 years of experience in customer support or account management, preferably in advertising, media, SaaS, or a tech-enabled industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions.

- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track and manage sales activities.

- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions.
