About the role

We are seeking a creative professional with equal strength in graphic design and video editing. The role involves creating social media content, campaign creatives, and short-form video for our clients, in close collaboration with our strategy and content teams. Mumbai-based candidates are preferred for occasional shoots and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and campaign assets for Instagram, , and other digital platforms
- Edit reels, short-form videos, product films, and campaign videos from raw footage to final output
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
- Adapt creatives across formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Integrate AI tools into ideation and production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, agency experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects




- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, or similar, with the ability to refine AI output into polished, on-brand work
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and familiarity with social media formats and best practices
- Strong command of typography, layout, colour, and pacing
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote working workplace, with clear communication skills
- Degree or formal training in Design, Film, Media, or a related field is beneficial, equivalent practical experience is also valued
- A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work
