Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Copilot Practice Leader with 18+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Microsoft Business Applications. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, drive the Microsoft practice strategy, manage global delivery teams, and build innovative AI-powered business solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI .

This strategic leadership role requires a strong blend of enterprise solution architecture, delivery excellence, practice management, business development, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Practice.
- Build and scale Microsoft Business Applications capabilities across the organization.
- Drive innovation, capability development, reusable assets, and solution accelerators.
- Manage practice P&L;, resource planning, utilization, and delivery excellence.
- Establish governance frameworks, technical standards, and architecture best practices.
- Mentor and lead Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, and Delivery Managers.

Solution Architecture

- Lead enterprise architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade business applications.
- Architect integrations between Microsoft technologies and third-party enterprise applications.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI-powered Microsoft technologies.





AI & Innovation

- Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure AI Services.
- Develop AI-first automation strategies and intelligent business solutions.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and define go-to-market offerings.

Delivery Management

- Lead multiple enterprise implementation programs across geographies.
- Ensure successful project delivery with high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee architecture governance, quality assurance, risk management, and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with PMOs, Delivery Managers, and Business Leaders to ensure project success.

Business Development & Pre-Sales

- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to create winning proposals and solution strategies.
- Conduct executive-level presentations, customer workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Participate in RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and Microsoft stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

- Engage with CXOs, Business Leaders, and IT Executives to define technology roadmaps.
- Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Microsoft account teams and strategic partners.

Required Qualifications

- 18+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- 10+ years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success in leading global consulting and delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
