About The Role

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Associate Intern to support our business development function. You will identify and research prospective clients, conduct outreach by phone, email, and , qualify interest, and set up discovery calls for our senior team. This is a hands-on commercial role suited to someone who wants direct experience in B2B technology sales.

Responsibilities

- Research and build target lists of prospective clients across defined industries and regions

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal client profile

- Conduct outbound calls and written outreach to introduce our services and book discovery calls

- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline status in our CRM

- Prepare service overviews, follow-up materials, and basic proposal documents

- Coordinate the handover of qualified opportunities to senior team members

- Report regularly on outreach volume, response rates, and conversions

Requirements

- Confident,



clear verbal communication and fluent spoken English for outbound calls

- Strong written English for professional email and outreach

- Genuine interest in technology, software services, and B2B products

- Organized approach to tracking conversations and following up consistently

- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fully remote workplace

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for client calls

Preferred

- Knowledge in sales, business development, tele-calling, or another client-facing role

- Ability to pitch and win over new prospects to join our client roster

- Basic understanding of software development or technology services

Details

Job type: Internship, Paid

Duration: 3 months

Compensation: INR 8,000 per month, plus performance based incentives linked to qualified conversions

Location: Remote, preferably India/Malaysia/USA

Working hours: Standard business hours with some overlap required with Malaysia time

A degree is not required. We are primarily interested in communication skills, initiative, consistency, and ability to convert.
