MissPoppins is a SaaS platform that helps parenting experts and childcare providers scale their businesses by connecting them directly with families. Through real-time coaching and AI-driven personalized guidance, the platform supports parents across every stage of their parenting journey.

This is a contract role: Contract role for 60-90 days (probation) to assessment for full time hire based on performance.

Role Description This is a remote, contract Communications and Grant Writer role focused on supporting MissPoppins’ growth and impact through strategic messaging and funding proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying funding opportunities, developing grant proposals, and managing grant-related documentation. The role also involves crafting clear, compelling communications for donors, partners, and other stakeholders across channels such as email, web, and reports. The Communications and Grant Writer will collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with organizational goals, maintain a consistent brand voice,



and track outcomes related to grant and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Grant Writing and Proposal Writing to develop persuasive, well-structured funding requests.
- Candidates should possess skills in Prospect Research and Grant Administration to identify opportunities and manage requirements, timelines, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Fundraising to support donor communications, stewardship, and relationship-building activities.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and formats.
- Experience in nonprofit, social impact, education, parenting, or childcare sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Stipend: INR 30K per month during the contract period
