Role Description The Senior Public Relations Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, developing strategic communication plans, and driving execution across media relations, digital channels, and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Account Executive will draft and refine press materials, thought leadership content, and key messaging, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. The role includes monitoring media coverage, analyzing results, preparing reports, and advising clients on reputational opportunities and risks.



The Senior Account Executive is also expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to new business pitches, and support the continuous improvement of processes and best practices.
Qualifications

- Strong public relations and communications skills, including media relations, stakeholder engagement, and campaign planning.
- Proficiency in writing and editing, with experience in press releases, articles, speeches, and strategic messaging.
- Ability to conduct research, analyze market and media trends, and translate insights into actionable PR strategies.
- Experience in account management, including client servicing, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfort with digital and social media platforms, and familiarity with integrated communication approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a PR agency or corporate communications role, ideally at a senior account executive or equivalent level.
