We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Calle r to support the provider credentialing process by communicating with insurance payers, hospitals, and credentialing agencies. The incumbent will be responsible for following up on credentialing applications, verifying provider enrollment status, documenting updates, and ensuring timely completion of credentialing activities
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Contact insurance payers, hospitals, and credentialing departments to obtain updates on provider credentialing and enrollment application
- s.Follow up on pending credentialing, recredentialing, and provider enrollment request
- s.Verify application status and identify any missing documentation or additional requirement
- s.Coordinate with internal credentialing specialists to resolve application issue
- s.Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and follow-up activities in the credentialing syste
- m.Escalate delayed or complex cases to the Team Lead or Credentialing Specialis
- t.Ensure all credentialing activities comply with payer and organizational guideline
- s.Meet daily productivity and quality targets for outbound calls and follow-up
- s.Assist in provider demographic verification and data updates when require
- d.Support credentialing audits by maintaining complete and accurate documentatio
n.Required Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificatio
- n.1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing, Provider Enrollment, or Medical Billing follow-u
- p.Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
- s.Experience interacting with US insurance payers and credentialing department
- s.Positive knowledge of MS Office application
- s.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmen
t.Preferred Qualificatio
- nsExperience with credentialing software such as CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, or payer portal
- s.Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer credentialing processe
- s.Familiarity with provider enrollment workflow
