We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Resort Manager to lead our team, oversee all aspects of resort operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Resort Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or boutique hospitality properties is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
- Lead and manage the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and personalized service.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Monitor departmental performance, productivity, and service quality while implementing continuous improvements.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Manage operational budgets, inventory, cost controls, and departmental expenses.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations,



health & safety requirements, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to maximize occupancy, guest engagement, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
- Promote sustainable hospitality practices that align with the resort's eco-luxury philosophy.

Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and overall hotel operations.
- Proven leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent financial and administrative skills, including budgeting and cost management.
- Strong guest relations, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on leadership role within a boutique luxury resort workplace.

Language Skills:

- English – Fluent (Mandatory)
- Malayalam or Tamil – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience managing a boutique luxury resort or nature resort.
- Knowledge of revenue management, quality assurance, and sustainability practices.
- Experience in delivering highly personalized guest experiences.
- Lead one of Kerala's most renowned boutique luxury resorts.
