Responsibilities

- Good knowledge of Upwork, freelancer and any other platform
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to clients
- Convincing and influencing ability
- Aware about the technology (CRM, Website, Portal and Digital Marketing)
- Excellent communication skills, Verbal and Written
- Good email writing skills
- A positive, confident, and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
