Job Overview:

Nalanda Vidyaniketan School is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students in the field of Business Studies, following the CBSE curriculum . The role involves developing lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, and evaluating student progress while fostering an environment conducive to learning. The teacher will ensure students are well-prepared for board exams and real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in Business Studies in line with the CBSE curriculum for secondary school students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE standards and guidelines.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive and practical business scenarios.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and exams, ensuring alignment with the CBSE examination format.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams , ensuring a thorough understanding of business concepts and application.
- Provide academic support and counseling to students where necessary.




- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate the CBSE curriculum effectively.
- Organize extracurricular activities, seminars, or workshops that complement classroom teaching and align with the CBSE objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the CBSE curriculum and integrate relevant changes into teaching practices.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification and experience in Business Studies, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Business Studies syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to engage students and create a agile learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous teaching experience in a similar role at a reputed institution.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology integration in classrooms.
- Ability to organize business-related extracurricular activities or clubs.
