About the Opportunity

SHEMROCK Group of Schools is looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-driven professionals for the positions of Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Customer Support Executive, and Field Sales Executive .

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Profile 1: Work From Home Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

✅ Generate and qualify leads through telecalling

✅ Follow up with prospective customers

✅ Explain company products, services, and business opportunities

✅ Maintain CRM records and customer databases

✅ Provide excellent customer support and relationship management

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Profile 2: Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

? Travelling Required

Candidates may be required to travel across their assigned state to meet prospective clients and business partners.

Eligibility & Skills Required

✔ Excellent Communication Skills

✔ Strong Customer Service & Customer Handling Skills

✔ Lead Generation & Sales Experience Preferred

✔ Ability to Meet Sales Targets

✔ Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills

✔ Knowledge of CRM Software is an Advantage

✔ Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented Personality

✔ Ability to Work Independently

✔ Bachelor's Degree Preferred

✔ Prior Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Field Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, Franchise Sales, or B2B Sales is a Plus
