Key Responsibilities Project Management 1 Supervise and manage construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards 2 Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and site staff to achieve project objectives Quality Control 1 Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality identify defects and implement corrective actions 2 Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and company standards Safety Management 1 Implement and enforce site safety policies procedures and regulations 2 Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments Documentation 1 Maintain accurate records of site activities progress and issues 2 Prepare and submit reports including progress reports quality control reports and incident reports Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Experience Site management 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
