Job Title Performance Marketer Google Meta Ads About Zoodle Kid Zoodle Kid India s first integrated parenting and early childhood development platform is looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketer who has solid experience in lead generation and can independently manage and optimize campaigns on Google and Meta platforms The role requires ownership strategic thinking and consistent performance delivery Key Responsibilities Plan create and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation Manage budgets bidding strategies audiences and campaign objectives Analyze campaign performance and improve CPL CTR conversions and lead quality Conduct A B testing on creatives ads and audiences Ensure proper tracking using Pixels UTM parameters and analytics tools Coordinate with design content team for ad creatives and landing pages Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next steps Identify new opportunities to scale campaigns and improve ROI Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong command over Google Ads Manager Meta Business Suite Proven experience in lead generation campaigns Good understanding of CPL CPC CTR conversions and funnel metrics Ability to analyze data and act quickly Strong communication and coordination skills Job Type Full time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
