Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Bulk Hiring HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end high-volume hiring for frontline and operational roles The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills excellent coordination abilities and proven experience in closing large numbers of positions within tight timelines Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring positions Pickers Packers Delivery Executives Warehouse Staff Customer Support etc Handle mass sourcing through job portals social media referrals field sourcing and local networks Conduct telephonic screening initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates Schedule interviews coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain daily weekly hiring dashboards headcount trackers and recruitment MIS Build a strong candidate database for continuous requirements Execute walk-in drives job fairs and local hiring campaigns Manage vendor coordination and external recruitment partners Ensure adherence to TAT hiring quality and compliance standards Follow up on documentation background checks and joining formalities Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in HR or related field 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring blue-collar hiring Solid knowledge of sourcing platforms Naukri Indeed Apna Social Media etc Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and close high-volume requirements quickly Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets for recruitment tracking Preferred Experience Prior experience in Q-Commerce Logistics Retail FMCG or staffing agencies is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 40 - 18 000 40 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
