Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire a DRAUGHTSMAN INTERIOR knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS INCLUDING VILLAS EXPERIENCE MINIMUM OF 5-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE - MANDATORY LOCATION - MUMBAI LOWER PAREL THE CANDIDATES SHOULD BE BASED OUT OF MUMBAI ONLY SALARY - 40K - 80K NEGOTIABLE IMMEDIATE JOINER WOULD BE THE FIRST PREFERENCE Drafting and Detailing Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software e g AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Prepare floor plans sections elevations and detailed joinery or furniture drawings Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant standards codes and regulations Coordinate with structural engineers MEP consultants and contractors to integrate their inputs into the plans Quality Control Review and ensure the accuracy of technical drawings before submission or implementation Conduct site visits to verify measurements and oversee the execution of the design as per the plans Required Skills and Qualifications 1 A diploma or degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field 2 Proficient in Luxurious residential projects working in all the sections and detailing mandatory 3 Proficient in working with AutoCAD 4 AutoCAD 2D 5 Photoshop INTERESTED CANDIDATES KINDLY SEND IN YOUR UPDATED CV and portfolio to info rpds in mobile - (phone hidden) Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
