settlement instructions and operational processes with accuracy and timeliness The candidate should be proactive in resolving issues and ensuring smooth execution of BAU This position is based in forAdd update and maintain static data across transaction systems based on direction from Middle Office Trading and Client Onboarding Assist with static data setup and issue resolution within portfolio and treasury applications Portfolio Solutions Financing Solutions Global Treasury FX Create and maintain accounts settlement instructions Support daily operations by maintaining MS Access databases and related applications Research and resolve queries and escalated settlement issues Handle BAU processes with timeliness accuracy and appropriate escalations Evaluate and improve operational processes on a continuous basis Demonstrated ability to manage BAU independently with zero handholding Perform review function of the tasks activities on daily basis with timeliness and accuracy Act as SME client regional nuances and end-to-end system workflows Robust commitment to compliance accuracy and client service excellence Conduct training for new joiners and assist in UAT testing for projects Proactively suggest improvements identify control gaps and share best practices What we valueStrong communication interpersonal and time management skills Ability to analyze client instructions and settlement processes Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical ability Ability to work independently with accountability for BAU activities A collaborative team player with the capability to take responsibility and demonstrate strong ownership Education Preferred QualificationsGraduate and above preferably in Finance Commerce or related fields Degrees such as B Com BBM BBA MBA Finance M Com preferred 5 Years of experience in the financial service industry Proficiency in MS Excel MS Access SQL and Macros Knowledge of financial markets portfolio
