Safety Site Incharge High-rise Building Construction Position Safety Site Incharge HSE Officer Experience Required 6-8 Years High-rise building construction experience mandatory Qualification B Tech B Sc Engineering Science Diploma in Industrial Safety Safety Management Mandatory Key Responsibilities 1 Site Safety Management Ensure implementation of all safety protocols on the high-rise construction site Conduct daily safety inspections and rectify unsafe conditions immediately Perform Hazard Identification Risk Assessment HIRA and implement mitigation measures 2 Compliance Documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA NBC IS Codes and local safety regulations Maintain safety reports checklists PTW Permit to Work and toolbox talk records Prepare incident accident investigation reports and implement preventive actions 3 Training Awareness Conduct daily toolbox talks for workers and supervisors Provide safety induction training to new workers Ensure proper usage of PPE and enforce compliance on site 4 Emergency Preparedness Implement fire safety evacuation plans and emergency response procedures Conduct emergency drills at regular intervals 5 Coordination Coordinate with site engineers project managers and subcontractors for safety compliance Ensure safe practices for scaffolding formwork lifting operations and working at heights Participate in safety audits and management review meetings Skills Required Strong experience in high-rise building construction safety Good knowledge of scaffolding safety working-at-height safety lifting operations and equipment safety Strong incident reporting and analysis skills Excellent communication training skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic safety documentation tools Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
