Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth running of all production activities Create update and maintain studio schedules bookings and resource allocation Coordinate with directors editors artists and production staff for project planning Communicate with clients regarding inquiries bookings and project updates Supervise studio staff and freelancers assign tasks as needed Ensure the studio is clean well-organized and equipped with required supplies Monitor budgets invoices and basic financial reporting for studio expenses Oversee equipment maintenance upgrades and inventory Manage workflow timelines and deliverables for ongoing projects Ensure studio compliance with safety protocols and operational standards Support production management and assist in administrative tasks when required Requirements Data management skill Proven experience as a Studio Manager or Production Manager Film Media Photography or Creative Studio preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills and all type of computer and data share collect work Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Ability to manage teams and coordinate project timelines Understanding of production workflows video audio or creative media Basic knowledge of budgeting scheduling and studio software tools Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Skills 3-5 years Experience in media production film studios or creative agencies Knowledge of equipment used in photography videography studios Familiarity with editing tools Adobe Suite Final Cut etc optional Team-management experience Benefits Competitive salary Friendly and creative work environment Opportunity to work with talent directors and production teams Career growth within Soni Productions Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per year Work Location In person
