Job Responsibilities Operate and set up Vertical Machining Centers VMC including Haas Fanuc Mitsubishi controllers and VF-2 machines Read and interpret engineering drawings CAD models and machining instructions Perform tool changes offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of components Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like Vernier Micrometer Height Gauge Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to safety standards Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years experience operating VMC machines Hands-on experience with Haas Fanuc Mitsubishi controllers Ability to work with G-code programming and basic CNC troubleshooting Knowledge of cutting tools feeds and speeds for different materials Strong understanding of quality control and ISO standards Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 450 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
