JOB OBJECTIVES We are looking for a motivated and articulate Lead Executive to join our sales customer outreach team They will be responsible for making outbound inbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads close sales and provide excellent customer service Roles Responsibility Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce promote products or services Receive inbound calls address customer inquiries complaints and provide information Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets for calls leads and sales conversions Follow up with leads and past prospects Maintain accurate records of all calls customer interactions lead status etc in CRM or relevant database Understand customer needs respond accordingly resolve issues or escalate when necessary Stay informed of product service details promotions updates and industry trends Use scripts guidelines provided also suggest improvements or feedback to call scripts or process Work in coordination with sales marketing support teams to ensure consistent customer experience JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Prior experience in tele calling telesales or customer service preferred freshers with robust communication skills may be considered Excellent verbal communication skills in English Hindi regional language Basic computer skills MS Office data entry using CRM systems EDUCATION SKILL REQUIREMENTS Education Minimum 12th pass higher secondary graduation is a plus Multilingual skills local regional languages to connect with broader customer base Prior experience with cold calling outbound sales campaigns Familiarity with performance incentives commission-based targets Good phone etiquette professional demeanour Strong persuasion negotiation listening skills Ability to handle rejection maintain positive attitude stress resilience Job Type Full-time Pay 180 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
