Koala by Jaglax Homes is a luxury hospitality firm located in North Goa We are a agile and talented team of professionals with diverse skill sets who share a passion for creating exceptional homes and offering world class hospitality services across these homes Since inception in 2016 we have designed and developed 3 gated communities of 25 luxury homes and provide world-class hospitality services across them We have grown from a small team of less than 10 members in 2019 to 75 members in 2024 Even with our continued growth we maintain a close-knit familial atmosphere allowing us to infuse personal touches into our homes and hospitality services With additional projects in the pipeline we are expanding our team further At this stage we are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager Roles and Responsibilities Vendor Evaluation Conduct assessments to identify and qualify vendors based on quality cost and reliability Cost Analysis Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards Negotiation Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous contract terms and conditions Compliance Monitoring Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations Quality Assurance Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the purchased materials meet all necessary quality metrics Order Management Oversee the entire ordering process from initial requisition to final delivery ensuring timeliness and accuracy Supplier Relationship Management Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term partnership and potential cost savings Technical Liaison Serve as the point of contact between engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues Contract Management Administer supplier contracts and agreements ensuring they meet both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Siolim Goa Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Purchasing 4 years Required Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
