About the Cafe NESCAFE is a modern cafe concept under NESTLE India known for serving quality beverages and quick snacks We aim to provide a hygienic efficient and customer-friendly experience with a wide variety of food and coffee options Key Responsibilities 1 Food Preparation Cooking Prepare a variety of Maggi Sandwiches Pasta and other cafe menu items Operate and maintain the integrated coffee machine to make high-quality coffee and beverages Ensure all food items are prepared fresh hygienically and following cafe standards 2 Cafe Management Operations Take full responsibility for daily operations of the cafe Manage inventory of raw materials ingredients and cafe supplies Maintain stock levels and report shortages in time Manage billing and handle customer orders efficiently 3 Cleanliness Hygiene Ensure the cafe is kept fully clean at all times including counters equipment utensils and dining area Follow proper food safety hygiene and sanitization procedures 4 Customer Service Sales Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude Ensure good service quality to enhance customer experience Take initiative to increase sales through good service product suggestions and maintaining cafe standards Required Skills Qualifications Female candidates preferred Prior experience in cafe restaurant kitchen handling is an advantage but freshers can also apply Basic cooking skills and ability to follow recipes Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and coffee machines Good communication and customer-handling skills Responsible honest punctual and hardworking Ability to manage the cafe independently Work Environment Benefits Friendly and skilled work environment Training provided for food preparation and coffee machine operation Opportunity for growth within cafe management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
