Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all mechanical activities at the project site Ensure installation and fabrication work as per approved drawings and specifications Plan daily work and allocate tasks to technicians and workers Read and interpret mechanical drawings P ID and equipment layouts Inspect materials and ensure quality compliance with project standards Oversee mechanical systems installation piping HVAC fire-fighting equipment erection Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide in office solutions Ensure strict safety compliance and conduct daily toolbox talks Coordinate with civil electrical vendors and subcontractors for smooth workflow Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation Monitor material availability and raise requisition when required Prevent material wastage and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment Follow QA QC procedures and maintain inspection records Assist in testing commissioning and preparation of as-built documents Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
