We are looking for a proactive and communicative Export Marketing Executive to strengthen client relationships manage orders and payments and coordinate export processes between international clients and our Indian operations team This role requires regular travel strong English communication and a clear understanding of client requirements to ensure seamless export operations Key Responsibilities 1 Market Research Client Mapping Identify market potential and gain a thorough understanding of all clients and the size of the market 2 Client Relationship Management Meet new clients to expand business opportunities Maintain regular contact with existing clients take repeat orders and foster long-term relationships 3 Order Payment Coordination Follow up consistently for payments from all clients Inform clients in advance about container arrivals and share pending payment statements 4 Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a communication bridge between the Indian office and the client s office for timely document exchange and payment processing Understand the total material requirement of each client and update the Indian team accordingly for better service 5 Post-Delivery Support Address and resolve any quality or shipment issues after container unloading by coordinating with the Indian team 6 Client Visits Travel Travel regularly to meet clients stay on-site as needed for stronger engagement and order finalization 7 Communication Maintain qualified and fluent communication with clients in English both written and verbal Requirements Prior experience in export marketing or international client handling preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Strong coordination and follow-up skills Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients when required minimum of 2-3 year of experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
