Company Description We invite you to bring your leadership skills professional engineering background and passion for sustainable energy into play as you will contribute to the further development of one of India s strongest technical environments within Automation and Communication engineering solutions We contribute to developing industries within the process and energy industry with an increasing focus on the growing demand for green energy and sustainable solutions The area of responsibility for this position is mainly energy transition projects such as PtX plants offshore energy recycling plants solar and power generation Join us and be part of the future of green projects and bring your SCADA automation network and OT Security engineering skills into play To succeed in this role you need to have experience with OT security and manage stakeholders in the project execution Are you our new project engineer for OT security projects within large multidiscipline projects Click the apply-button to send your application Inviting bright minds Do you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open collaborative and empowering culture We work to create a sustainable future and our inspiring projects and innovative solutions aim to set the standard among our peers You will join a global company that has been growing successfully since its founding in 1945 Together we lead and leave a positive impact on societies companies and people around the world You will join our Automation and Communication department As a Senior OT Security Engineer Ramboll Chennai we can also consider an engineer position for desrving candidate with less experience you are part of an exceptional technical setting with passionate colleagues in Denmark supported by our global engineering centre The department is highly experienced and delivers engineering and consultancy services globally within the energy sector for projects around the world The primary focus of our services is cyber security OT security telecom network instrumentation and automation We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies detailed engineering EPC follow-on engineering and owners engineer Your key tasks and areas of responsibility are Working knowledge within an OT Industrial Control Systems which may include one or more of the following technologies DCS SCADA PLCs HMI etc An understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks e g IEC 62443 NIST NERC CIP ISO 270001 and ICS protocols e g BACnet Modbus PROFINET PROFIBUS Communication Systems e g LAN WAN Wi-Fi IOT Radio Communication CCTV Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments for operational technology systems to identify security weaknesses and potential threats Working Knowledge with advanced Windows administration e g AD DNS DHCP RAS WSUS GPO s Working Knowledge with managing virtual environments including performing network troubleshooting VMware Microsoft Hypervisor Experience with Backup Recovery Technologies in OT environments Experience with Host-based security technologies including end point protection technologies e g Antivirus DLP Host IPS Whitelisting Design and implement security controls and measures to protect OT systems from cyber threats including intrusion detection systems firewalls access controls and network segmentation Stay updated on emerging threats vulnerabilities and industry best practices related to OT cybersecurity and make recommendations for security enhancements Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding OT security standards policies and procedures Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure the security of OT systems and evaluate their cybersecurity capabilities Qualifications Degree qualified in an engineering discipline ideally with Cyber Security Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or Computer and Electronics engineering 5 to 7 years for Engineer position 7 to 10 years for Senior Engineer position -
