Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day financial records sales purchases receipts payments Prepare and update ledgers journals and stock records for gold diamonds and other jewellery Manage accounts payable receivable and reconcile customer vendor balances Handle cash flow management and daily cash book updates 2 Billing POS Operations Generate accurate GST-compliant invoices for jewellery sales and repair orders Manage POS entries barcode updates and item-wise billing for gold diamonds silver and gemstones Verify purity weight wastage and making charges in billing 3 GST Statutory Compliance Prepare data for GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B etc Reconcile GST input output and maintain necessary documentation Ensure compliance with tax laws hallmarking regulations and jewellery industry standards 4 Inventory Stock Management Monitor physical stock vs system stock for gold diamonds and other items Assist in monthly quarterly stock audits Maintain stock-in stock-out registers repair return entries and vendor challans 5 Financial Reporting Prepare daily weekly monthly financial statements Support management with profitability sales and expense analysis Assist in annual financial closing and coordination with auditors Qualifications SkillsEducation B Com M Com MBA Finance or equivalent Experience 1-5 years of experience in accounting Jewellery industry experience preferred Familiarity with jewellery billing accounting software e g Jwelly ERP Logic Marg Tally Technical Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime Strong Excel and reporting skills Knowledge of GST TDS and basic financial compliance Soft Skills Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and customer-handling skills Integrity reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
