Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn Ads The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for both our in-house services and client projects Key Responsibilities Plan create and optimize Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation Develop targeting strategies that capture SMEs startups and enterprise decision-makers Continuously analyze performance metrics CPL CTR ROAS and implement data-driven improvements Conduct A B testing for creatives copy and audience segmentation Work closely with the content design teams to develop ad creatives that convert Manage lead forms landing pages and conversion tracking Stay updated with platform updates bidding strategies and ad policies Report weekly monthly campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations Required Skills Experience 1 year of proven experience in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads lead generation Strong knowledge of audience targeting bidding strategies and campaign funnels Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager LinkedIn Campaign Manager Proficiency in using Analytics tools Meta Ads Manager LinkedIn Insights Google Analytics etc Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data optimize campaigns Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with retargeting campaigns lookalike audiences Understanding of CRM integration with ad platforms Knowledge of landing page CRO conversion rate optimization Certification in Meta Ads LinkedIn Marketing is a plus Benefits of joining us 5 days working week Flexible work timing PF Benefit Leave Encashment Learning Sessions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 852 39 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
