Dispatcher - US Logistics Experience Required 1-3 years in freight dispatching trucking operations or freight brokerage Shift US Shift Night Shift - IST About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily load planning carrier coordination and shipment monitoring for US-based operations The ideal candidate should be well-versed in US Canada lanes carrier networks and the overall freight ecosystem Candidates from a Sales background who are willing to transition into Dispatch are also encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Coordinate with carriers drivers and customers to manage daily dispatch operations Plan schedule and assign loads based on availability and customer requirements Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure timely movement of freight Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams Handle load documentation communication and issue resolution Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and ensure service quality Work with Transportation Management Systems TMS and internal tools for load management Required Skills Competencies Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to perform effectively in a rapid-paced time-sensitive environment Proficiency in MS Office Excel email tools and load boards High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Preferred Knowledge Systems Familiarity with US Canada lanes carrier networks and FMCSA regulations Experience working with Transportation Management Systems TMS is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 10 419 64 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Gurugram Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Apply only if you have experience in US Dispatching How many loads do you book in a day What states do you primarily cover while dispatching and do you have experience in sourcing carriers Shift availability Night Shift Required Work Location In person
